Key Information:
Duration - most sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes
General Availability - most sites run seven days a week, however a small handful only run at weekends or selected dates across the month.
What To Wear - casual clothes are fine, as long as you wear closed-toe shoes.
Weather - sessions will only be cancelled in extreme conditions.
