Once you’ve received your voucher you can redeem it online for your chosen cinema's ticket (a small booking fee may apply), or simply take them to the Box Office (in selected cinemas) where you can reserve your seat.

Please note, each cinema is subject to their own redemption information which can be found on the 'How To' section to read prior to and after purchase.

Family tickets need a minimum of 1 Adult.

Prior to redeeming your voucher you must check the classification issued by the British Board of Film Classification or local authority for your selected film. This will normally be displayed on this website in Film Classifications, at our box office, on their Film Information boards and on the Film Listings available from Movie House Cinemas. They are required to refuse admission to any person who is below the minimum age required by the relevant classification. In case of doubt the manager on duty will request proof of age from you and, at his/hers discretion, may refuse entry, if you are unable to establish age requirement to his or her satisfaction.

Once booked, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
