You can take your admission eCodes directly to the box office and exchange them free of charge.
Before your visit, you must check the age classification assigned to your selected film by the British Board of Film Classification or the local authority. This information is usually available on their website under Film Classifications, at the cinema box office, on Film Information boards, and in the film listings provided by The Light Cinemas. Cinemas are legally required to deny entry to anyone who does not meet the minimum age for the film’s classification. If there is any uncertainty, the duty manager may ask for proof of age and, at their discretion, may refuse admission if you cannot provide satisfactory evidence of meeting the age requirement.
Once booked, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
